



Bringing our members’ stage dreams to life is Susan Kalman, the Edward & Bernice Wenger Center for the Arts Director of Theatre Arts. Susan holds her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts from UCLA. A member of the Actor’s Equity Association (AEA), Susan’s musical theatre career began by performing throughout the country and transitioned into a teaching and directing role. At SJJCC, Susan produces eight productions a year while also overseeing theatre workshops with Broadway professionals. This role allows Susan to embrace her lifelong passion for singing and working with participants to learn their music
