CENTER FOR PSYCHOLOGICAL RESILIENCE
SJJCC’s Dr. Gayle R. Berg Center for Psychological Resilience radiates from our core belief that health does not exist without mental health. Our center has been built on the foundation of psychological science and what it says about how to live a healthier life. We are dedicated to empowering people with the tools they need to foster resilience throughout their lifetime.
Devoted to healthy psychological development at all ages and stages, SJJCC’s Dr. Gayle R. Berg Center for Psychological Resilience is a safe space where reflecting, learning, and nurturing the mind and soul can occur. The Center rests on three pillars: public education, skill building, and community program development. Through workshops, how-to-series, presentations, and group formats, we offer a variety of opportunities to become better versions of ourselves while promoting psychological resilience in meeting life’s inevitable challenges.
