Elevate your swing with our new golf program, designed for all levels! Certified fitness trainer and chiropractor Matthew Rosman developed the L.A.B. (learn, apply, and build) Golfer Biomechanics program, customized to fit your needs.
Each session includes personalized golf instruction and performance training, with the option to expand into conditioning training for optimal results.
Open to members and nonmembers, advance registration required.

ABOUT MATTHEW ROSMAN
Matthew specializes in golfer biomechanics and performance enhancement. In addition to his background in chiropractic, he has extensive experience in the fitness and golf fields. He has worked in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, educator, co-founder of a personal training certification organization, fitness program manager, club general manager, and area fitness manager. He has more than 20 years of experience in the golf field as an instructor, educator, as a director of biomechanics and sports science, and in golfer performance.
Matthew believes that the human body is the most essential “equipment” used for any activity, whether it be for life, work, recreation, and sport. Just as in golf, each of us requires a ‘customized fitting’ for beneficial movement choreography, so that we can participate with optimal flow, freedom of movement, and develop the needed skill to thrive, prosper, and excel in our functionality, endeavors, and passions.
