Alignment-based slow, flow yoga. Utilizes traditional postures to develop strength, balance and flexibility. Classes are open to active members only, ages 16+ years. Advance registration is required. To reserve your spot, email fitness@sjjcc.org.
Students must have their own Mah Jongg cards and access to Zoom. We will be using the Debbie Barnett’s School of American Mah Jongg for live interactive lessons. Advance registration required. $140 members / $155 nonmembers
De-stress as you stretch, breathe, and meditate. Please have a yoga mat and/or chair. All virtual fitness programs are open to active members only and 24-hour advance registration is required. Once you register, you will receive a link and passcode exclusive to you to enter the class.
