As we live in a constantly changing world, Sid Jacobson JCC’s programs and services evolve in order to enrich the lives of all individuals and families through our fourteen Centers of Excellence and twenty departments.

BERNICE & IRA WALDBAUM FAMILY CHILDREN’S CENTER 
The Bernice & Ira Waldbaum Family Children’s Center engages all of a child’s senses, but most of all, their sense of wonder. The Family Children’s Center is a cohesive environment for children from infant to five years old to play, learn, and grow. Personal growth and development are encouraged through group and independent lessons, learning centers, Jewish values and culture, and play. In this warm and caring community, we help each child develop a strong framework to build on for a lifetime love of learning.

CENTER FOR COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
The Center for Community Engagement is Long Island’s hub that addresses social justice, uses social action to better our society, and provides volunteers with the opportunity to give back. The Center serves as a resource on major issues, as an educational portal, and as a connection point for all who wish to engage and help individuals and communities in need.

DEBRA & JAMES BUSLIK / TRACY & DAVID LEVY TEEN SERVICES CENTER
The Debra & James Buslik / Tracy & David Levy Teen Services Center is a place where tweens and teens in grades 6–12 can meet new friends, participate in meaningful community service, develop leadership skills, engage in Jewish life and learning, improve academic performance, and stay fit.

DR. GAYLE R. BERG CENTER FOR PSYCHOLOGICAL RESILIENCE
Rooted in the belief that health does not exist without mental health, our Center for Psychological Resilience is guided on the foundation of psychological science. We are dedicated to providing individuals with the tools and knowledge needed to cultivate resilience, enabling you to live a healthier, happier life.

EDWARD & BERNICE WENGER CENTER FOR THE ARTS
The Edward & Bernice Wenger Center for the Arts allows SJJCC members to experience a world of culture by meeting best-selling authors, getting informed at our Spotlight Speaker series, being exhilarated at a community theatre production, and feeling inspired at an art gallery exhibit.

FAY J. LINDNER FOUNDATION SENIOR SERVICES CENTER
The Fay J. Linder Foundation Senior Services Center is home to SJJCC’s early stage and social adult day programs for seniors who are 60+ that are frail and memory impaired, in addition to our programs for those in their 30s, 40s, and 50s with Young Onset dementia including Frontal Temporal Lobe dementia and Alzheimer’s.

The Senior Services Center also offers educational and interactive programs for well seniors 60+ to help them achieve physical fitness, experience the world through cultural programs, keep their minds active with lectures and engage with their peers in social groups.

GERSHWIND / JACOBSON HEALTH + WELLNESS CENTER
The Gershwind / Jacobson Health + Wellness Center is 36,000 square feet of state-of-the-art fitness equipment and recreational space where our friendly, experienced and professional staff is waiting to greet members and their families. With an array of full-service group exercise studios, strength and conditioning rooms, a cardiovascular area, heated pools, a spin room, an indoor track, and basketball courts, the health and wellness goals of our members become a reality!

IRENE & RONALD COHEN CENTER FOR PARENT ENGAGEMENT + EDUCATION
The Center for Parent Engagement + Education addresses parent’s needs, today and throughout the ever-changing landscape of parenthood, by focusing on each individual family. We offer a welcoming space that features classes and provides resources, lectures, and personal consultations for all phases of child-rearing, as well as fostering important social connections.

JACK NADEL SOCIAL SERVICES CENTER
The Jack Nadel Social Services Center guides individuals through life’s unexpected transitions. Staffed by leading professionals, Jack Nadel Social Services Center serves as support designed to help you navigate the twists and turns we all face in life.

LIFE SKILLS TRAINING CENTER
The Life Skills Training Center provides neurodivergent adults 21+ years the support needed to reach their maximum level of independence so they can achieve their fullest potential in life.

NANCY MARX CANCER WELLNESS CENTER
Our Nancy Marx Cancer Wellness Center is here to support those affected by cancer, body, mind, and spirit, by providing individualized services to cancer survivors living with any type of cancer whether they are newly diagnosed, in treatment, or have recently completed treatment.

RANDIE WALDBAUM MALINSKY CENTER FOR ISRAEL
The Randie Waldbaum Malinsky Center for Israel was created with the mission to provide opportunities for local communities throughout Long Island and Queens to develop and celebrate their connection to Israel through innovative and creative programming, and to cultivate partnerships with synagogues, schools, and other JCCs.

RUTH & SAUL WEINBERGER CENTER FOR JEWISH LIFE + LEARNING
Throughout the JCC, we enable and empower our community to help make our world a better place by offering comfort, engendering joy, creating peace, and connecting to others and to Jewish tradition. The Ruth & Saul Weinberger Center for Jewish Life + Learning prides itself on the everlasting mission towards Tikkun Olam, repairing the world. Its programs instill a foundation of Jewish and Israeli values, traditions, and culture, through art, human connection, and education, while enriching the lives of individuals and families in the community.

SANDLER FAMILY KEHILLA CENTER
The Sandler Family Kehilla Center offers a variety of recreational programs that are designed to promote socialization and build independence for individuals 5-21 years with special needs.
