REFUND + PROGRAM POLICIES

  • Refunds only after your first class session – minus the cost of the first class
  • Any/all requested changes after week one will incur a fee of $25 per class change
  • Any class cancellations after the third class will only be credited to your SJJCC account
  • As we are paying vendors and staff for the full semester, refunds or credits will not be given as of November 1, 2024.
  • Enrichment pick up is 5-5:10pm Monday-Thursday, and 4:30-4:40pm on Fridays. A late pick-up fee will be charged of $10 for every 10 minutes that you are late.

ATHLETICS + FITNESS

Basketball: Advance your basketball skills in dribbling, court positioning, and running plays.

Boxfit with Anthony: Children will train in self-defense skills while strengthening their physical and mental health by learning the proper technique of hitting a heavy bag and footwork from our professional boxing instructor and personal trainer.

Cheerleading with Rally and Pep: Learn the fundamentals of cheerleading from motion technique and jumps, to voice and basic tumbling! Sessions are led by Coach Kayte, who professionally cheered for the NBA for 7 years.

Flag Football: Learn the basics of flag football through various drills, including throwing, field positioning, and running plays!

Movement with Zing!: Move, feel strong, and have fun by fusing functional exercise and high energy with athletic drills, positive affirmations, breathwork, and creative play.

Multi-Sports: Learn the basic fundamentals of baseball, basketball, football, soccer, and more! Each class focuses on one sport at a time to let children learn a variety of sports.

Soccer: Master the fundamentals of soccer, including dribbling, positioning, scoring, and game plays.

US Open Tennis with Sportime: Learn the fundamentals of tennis by utilizing special equipment and shorter court dimensions, all tailored to age and size.

Volleyball with Spike Set 101: Bump, set, and spike as you learn the game of volleyball with Coach Fornoles, a part of the Kellenberg volleyball coaching staff for 25 years!

Yoga with Free to Be Yoga: Connect with your body and soothe your mind in this class that exposes you to deeper tenets of the ancient healing practice in a fun way!

THE ARTS

Art with Color Theory: Focus on innovation with activities that will develop your creativity, imagination, technique skills, vocabulary, and more!

Clay Creations with Color Theory: Express your creativity by using different kinds of clay to make cool projects.

Cooking with Stars: Our budding chefs will create a delicious recipe each week celebrating a new food holiday or theme! Children will also learn about food hygiene, mathematics of measuring, food chemistry, teamwork, communication, plus the featured tool of the week.

Dance with Jenny Jones: Jazz + Tap: Tap, spin, and twirl to the music with energetic choreography!

Dance with Jenny Jones: Tap + Ballet: Through fun movement, learn the fundamentals of tap and ballet.

Fashion Design with The Fashionable Stylista: Sewing, fashion sketching, and fashion design skills for students who are interested in learning more about fashion.

Frozen (Full Year Program): Join the magic and “Let it Go” in our adaptation of this enchanting story!

High School Musical (Full Year Program): Watch your talent soar as we “Bop to the Top” in this super fun hit!

Jewelry with Shelley: Learn to design sketches, prints, and create your very own jewelry collections!

STEM

Chess with Chess Nuts: Chess gives you concentration, strategy skills, self-esteem, and confidence, while also being fun and challenging.

Coding with theCoderSchool: Gain intellectual confidence, learn critical thinking, and enhance problem solving skills through project-based learning, while being exposed to the Socratic method – where teachers ask questions to assist students in problem solving.

Lego Robotics with Snapology: In this interactive program, learn coding, robotics, and engineering principles using Legos through fun topics and themes that include animals, games, space, and battle machines.

Mad Science with Long Island STEAM Group: In this innovative and hands-on program, children will design and test experiments with themes of Crazy Chemworks and NASA.

Robot Olympics with Snapology: Build and program robots to compete
in sports-themed challenges while expanding your engineering skills!

Science Explorers with The Science Museum of LI: From mixing chemical reactions to interacting with live animals, this class will enrich any young scientist’s mind.
